Before Your Visit

The following steps are a way to streamline your visit to ensure an excellent experience. Please read more about our check-in process here.


  • Covid-19 Pandemic Hours

    Please note due to the Covid-19 Pandemic our walk-in policies and imaging hours are subject to change. Please call our local offices during normal business hours for more information.

  • Sand Lake Imaging will be initiating extreme sanitary measures to minimize transmission of any diseases including COVID 19. If you are experiencing flu-like symptoms, please alert our front desk staff. Read More
  • Schedule your Appointment

    You may schedule your appointment by either filling out the “schedule an appointment” form or calling the location at which you wish to have your imaging done. You may need to leave a message, and if so one of our representatives will get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Paperwork

    You can click the ‘Get Patient Forms’ button to see some of the paperwork you will need to fill out before your appointment. You can download and print the forms, fill them out before your appointment, and present them to our staff when you arrive. If you have questions as to which forms you need to fill out, please feel free to call our offices.

  • Exam Preparation

    If your exam requires preparation (oral contrast, fasting, etc.) please see that those get done before your arrival at our offices. If you are unsure about if your exam requires preparation, see our preparations page by clicking the button below or call our offices. If you think you will require sedation for your exam, please arrange a safe ride home.

    Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled exam with all appropriate forms and all preparation complete. If there is any last-minute paperwork you will do it at this time.

After Your Visit

After your exam, you can follow these steps to complete your Sand Lake Imaging experience.


  • See Your Results

    All image requests require a 24-hour notice for processing. To order your images please call our office 407-363-2772 and dial 2103.

    Have the following information available:

    • The exam for which you are requesting images
    • Whether you require CD or Film
    • To whom you will be taking the CD or films
    • When and at which location you will be picking up your CD / film order

    Please note that if someone other than yourself is picking up your images, we must have a signed release form, from you authorizing the person to pick up your images to maintain HIPAA compliance. They must have a photo ID at the time of pick up.

  • Pay Your Bill

    Once you receive your bill from Sand Lake Imaging, you can click the button below to pay securely online! On the bill, the account number is the first 11 digits without the dashes. Please use this number to log in. The associated password is the Patient Date of Birth. The password is in the format of yyyymmdd.
