Sand Lake Imaging is comprised of highly trained, experienced and caring radiologists. Our radiologists are actively involved in the ongoing growth of radiology within central Florida, and are helping to set the standard of radiological expertise and care for the region. In order to provide the best subspecialty expertise within our practice, our radiologist work in an interactive consultative manner using PACS-RIS to ensure the most expert opinion is delivered in a timely fashion.

Stephen M. Bravo MD

Dr.Bravo is a former attending radiologist at Brigham and Women’s hospital and former faculty member at Harvard Medical School. Dr Bravo is an expert in neuroradiology, musculoskeletal radiology, and interventional radiology; he has authored numerous publications and abstracts in these areas of subspecializations. He was voted one of America’s Top Radiologists by the consumers’ research council of America. Dr Bravo is board certified by the American Board of Radiology.

Robert A. Posniak MD

Dr.Posniak has practiced in all areas of diagnostic radiology with special emphasis on women’s imaging, women’s intervention, and CT virtual colonography. He completed a fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology. Dr. Posniak is a former faculty member at the University Of Miami School of Medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Radiology and is a member of the Society of Breast Imaging.

Charlotte D. Elenberger MD

Dr. Elenberger specializes in breast imaging and intervention. She completed fellowship training in breast imaging and body imaging at Duke University Medical Center. Dr Elenberger has recently been named one of Orlando’s best doctors by Best Doctors in America and Consumers Guide to Top Doctors. Dr Elenberger is board certified in radiology and is a member of the American College of Radiology’s Society of Breast Imaging and has achieved LEVEL II cardic CT certifcation.

Patricia M. Dycus, BS, RRA (R)(M), CNMT, RDMS (AB)(BR)(OB/GYN) – Radiologist Assistant

Patricia Dycus became the first Registered Radiologist Assistant in the state of Florida after earning her BS in Radiologist Assistant from Loma Linda University (Cum Laude). She was selected as the first Radiologist Assistant to sit on the State of Florida’s Advisory Council on Radiation Protection. Patricia is certified in Nuclear Medicine, Breast Ultrasound, Mammography, and Digital X-Ray. She has been selected by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers as a Breast Ultrasound Pioneer. Patricia Dycus is board certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists.
